• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Currently we do not.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Custom items will take 7 to 14 business days to receive.

• What is the quality of your used items?

  All B4L Inc. Consignment shop items are pre-washed and checked for any damages before shipped. All item pictures are the current conditioned items. All items are as is no refunds returns can be exchanged or account credits maybe given. Items will not be accepted on returns if the item is not as it was shipped to the customer. Items are pictured before shipping to show the condition items are shipped in. 

• About Us

  B4L Incorporated a online store that sells high quality custom and name brand items. Our inventory includes custom clothing for women, children, infants and family. We also offer customized name plate necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets.

  OUR MERCHANDISE:

  Some of our items are in stock however most are ordered on demand and require prepayments via PayPal. All name plate customized jewelry will require full prepayment before it can be ordered. Our clothing and shoes require a 30% down payment prior to ordering and remaining balance must be paid before we deliver the item.

  OUR LAY-AWAY OPTION TERMS:

  All layaways require a down payment of 25.00$. once the down payment is paid via the invoice the will be a recurring invoice sent every two weeks until the balance is paid. Failure to pay any sent invoice within 24 hours of receipt of the invoice will result in a default of the layaway agreement in which the layaway will be canceled and all money's paid will be kept by B4L Hair The Store as the holding fee for restocking merchandise. To initiate a Layaway the customer's total must be 100$ or more before taxes and fees.

  PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:

  We currently offer PayPal payments to give our customers ease with buyer protection. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
